These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of readybet (accessible through ready-bet.com) and set forth the conditions for use of the platform and related services. By using ready-bet.com, you confirm your full acceptance of these Terms. Effective date: 5 June 2025 (valid until further notice).

Definitions

• User/Player: Any individual who registers, accesses, or utilizes any features or services on ready-bet.com.

• Bonus: Promotional value, credits, or free bets issued by the Operator subject to bonus terms and eligibility conditions.
• Wager: The act of placing a bet, including the amount staked by the User.
• KYC (Know Your Customer): The mandatory identity and age verification process as required by AU law and readybet policies.
• Account: A personal, non-transferable User profile enabling participation in platform activities, subject to approval following registration and verification.

Account Registration

1. Eligibility:
   • Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally resident in Australia where online betting is permitted by law.

2. Account Creation Process:

3. User Obligations:

4. Compliance:
   • The Operator reserves the right to request additional proofs of identity or documentation at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where information provided is inadequate or misleading.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

1. Bet Placement:
   • Bets may only be placed through User accounts on ready-bet.com using permitted payment methods.
   • Minimum and maximum bet amounts are determined by event and may be amended by the Operator at its discretion, in adherence to regulatory limits.
   • All bets are subject to acceptance and confirmation by the Operator; once confirmed, bets cannot be amended or cancelled except as explicitly permitted by these Terms or under force majeure (system failure, event cancellation).
2. Types of Bets:
   • Readybet supports fixed-odds sports betting, racing wagers, and other regulated bet types as approved by AU authorities. Please consult each event's specific rules available on ready-bet.com.
3. Cancellation & Modification of Bets:
   • Bets may only be modified or cancelled before confirmation. Any exceptions, including cancellations due to technical issues or event nullification, are handled in accordance with industry best practices and statutory requirements.
   • Where a bet must be cancelled by the Operator, affected Users will receive prompt notification and any stake refunded in accordance with AU law.
4. Conduct in Live Casino and Chats:
   • Respectful communication is mandatory. Insults, abusive or threatening language, spamming, or fraud attempt will result in immediate suspension.
   • The use of bots, automated scripts, or any attempt to manipulate outcomes or gain unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will lead to account termination and financial seizure as permitted by law.

Bonus Terms

1. Bonus Eligibility & Activation:
   • Bonus offers are subject to availability and may require activation via opt-in or qualification criteria outlined in the specific promotion.
   • Bonsues are strictly limited to one per individual, account, household, or IP. Abuse of promotional offers will result in cancellation and possible account restriction.
2. Wagering Requirements:
   • All bonus funds (including free bets, credits) must be wagered in full and within the specified timeframe (not exceeding 30 days from crediting, unless otherwise stated).

3. Prohibited Actions:
   • Bonuses cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions unless expressly authorized by readybet.
   • Attempts to exploit, circumvent, or abuse bonus offers, including arbitrage or "matched betting" between accounts, are expressly forbidden.
   • Any winnings resulting from prohibited conduct will be voided; associated accounts may be suspended or closed.
4. Promotion Amendments:
   • Readybet reserves the right to withdraw or amend bonus offers, or to restrict eligibility, in line with regulatory requirements or to prevent abuse, with notification published on ready-bet.com and, where applicable, via registered email.

Payments & Withdrawals

1. Deposits:
   • Deposits may be made using accepted payment methods (credit/debit cards, bank transfer, approved e-wallets) as displayed on ready-bet.com. Cryptocurrency deposits are not supported unless explicitly authorized.
   • All funds must originate from accounts held in the User's own name. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts are stated on the payment page and may be updated as required under AU law.
   • Deposits must be cleared before funds are available in the User's account. Readybet does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may.
2. Withdrawals:
   • Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit (where possible) and after successful completion of the KYC process.
   • Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published on the withdrawal page.
   • The Operator endeavors to process withdrawal requests within 2 business days, subject to verification and regulatory anti-money-laundering checks.
   • Additional documentation may be required for larger withdrawals or as required by law.
3. Refunds & Bonus Fund Handling:
   • Refunds will only be issued for erroneous or voided bets under circumstances prescribed by AU law or at Operator discretion. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully met and are otherwise forfeited upon account closure.
4. Fees and Deductions:
   • Readybet does not levy withdrawal fees; however, intermediary bank or payment processor fees may apply. Details provided at transaction time.

Limitation of Liability

1. Operator Obligations:

2. Exclusions of Liability:
   • The Operator is not liable for system downtime, technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or network issues outside of reasonable control.
   • All bets are accepted and settled according to official event outcomes. Readybet's records shall be final unless proven erroneous in accordance with applicable law.
   • Losses, damages, or expenses resulting from unauthorized access or use of User accounts (due to User negligence) are the sole responsibility of the account holder.
3. Maximum Compensation:
   • In any event, the Operator's aggregate liability to any User is strictly limited to the amount of the relevant bet placed, excluding all indirect or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by AU law.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, graphics, software, and intellectual property on ready-bet.com are the exclusive property of the Operator, protected under Australian copyright law.
• You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform's content, design, or software without express prior written consent from readybet (via ready-bet.com).
• Any unauthorised use of the site's materials or brand marks constitutes a breach of civil and criminal law and may result in prosecution.

Privacy & Data Protection

Changes to Terms

1. Notification Procedure:

2. Acceptance and Discontinuation:
   • Your continued use of ready-bet.com after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
   • If you do not agree with any amendment or update, you must discontinue use of the site and may close your account, subject to settlement of any outstanding obligations.

Termination & Suspension

1. Operator Rights:
   • Readybet may suspend or close User accounts, freeze funds, or restrict access at its discretion if any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or regulatory directive is identified.
2. User Notification and Refunds:
   • Users will be notified of any account action via their registered email. Where permissible, any remaining withdrawable funds on closed accounts will be returned to the original payment method subject to verification and legal review.
   • Bets already placed and confirmed prior to suspension shall be settled or voided as appropriate; any bonus funds not meeting wager requirements are forfeited upon closure.
3. User-Initiated Closure:
   • Users may request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. Pending bets and balances will be handled in accordance with these Terms and AU statutes.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms, your use of ready-bet.com, and any related disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria and applicable federal laws of Australia.
• Any dispute which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to the courts of Victoria, Australia, or to arbitration as stipulated by AU law.
• Nothing in this section restricts statutory rights under Australian consumer law.
